LifeArc is an independent life science medical research charity committed to drastically improving positive patient outcomes.
Previously known as MRCT, LifeArc came to us on the cusp of a complete rebrand. Not only did they require a new website to showcase their new brand identity, but most importantly they needed a website that would pull together all of their content which had previously been displayed across the web in a series of disjointed microsites.
A key challenge of this project was the differing user groups the website needed to cater to. As such, we began the project by conducting a series of user interviews which then fed into an in-depth round of user group profiling.
