INC Group designs and fits out workplaces for global brands across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Africa, the UK and the US. We refined their brand, then designed and built a website that presents them as the premium, design-led firm they are.
As the business expanded, INC needed a site that would win the trust of senior decision-makers in seconds, but its old site felt flat and corporate, and its brand and marketing materials had grown in different directions. Rather than start again, we drew out the best of what they had and strengthened it: a warm peach secondary colour, a grid-line structure that runs through every page, and a set of icons drawn in the style of design floorplans.
A lookbook that turns projects into stories.
We began with research: interviews with INC’s leadership team and a review of competitors across the Middle East, Africa and London. That shaped a simpler structure built around what clients and project managers come to do – see relevant work, understand the services and get in touch – with Portfolio, Services and Life at INC up front.
Projects are presented as in-depth case studies, complete with project details and awards, and the portfolio can be filtered by location, service and sector. Services sit together on one page, broken into clear process strips, and every page is built from flexible blocks, so INC’s marketing team can add new projects, news and locations themselves in a site that will evolve with them.
Understated opulence, with motion that rewards the scroll.
The design pairs INC’s navy, beige and peach with an elegant display typeface, large-scale photography and fine column lines borrowed from architectural drawings. On the homepage, a full-screen hero opens onto a scroll-led story: the services, INC’s global reach in numbers, and a pinned sequence that moves from plan to visualise to build.
The result is a site that matches the calibre of INC’s work and client list, and gives the business a confident platform for growth in the UK and beyond, while a dedicated Life at INC section brings the team’s culture forward for recruitment.
