We refreshed Lintstock’s visual identity and created a new website and brochure, reflecting the Borough Market-based firm’s bespoke approach to improving board performance.
Their existing brand felt dated and lacked the human, bespoke quality that defines their work. We therefore repositioned the identity around this idea, ensuring every design decision, from the logo to the imagery and typography, reflected their artisanal approach.
Building on their existing brandmark, we drew inspiration from a historic lintstock, a 16th-century cannon-lighting device. We then modernised the mark and developed it into a wider brand device, used across the website and wider marketing materials.
This crafted design language carried through to the typography, where characterful details and subtle contrast give the identity a more bespoke, artisanal feel, while its clean structure keeps the brand sharp, modern and highly usable. The same thinking shaped the black-and-white photography style and refined colour palette, creating a more distinctive and considered digital presence that anchors back to their bespoke offering.
