Passion & integrity

We are passionate about creating impactful digital experiences that drive engagement. We like to push boundaries and encourage our clients to be bold, and we take great pleasure in constantly developing our portfolio with new ideas and innovations.

Although we’re a digital agency, we understand that every aspect of our work relies on positive human relationships. We therefore do all we can to ensure that The Web Kitchen is a friendly, flexible and fun organisation to work for, and to work with.

Work to be proud of

Key to this is producing outstanding work that our clients love and that we can be proud of, as well as making projects smooth, efficient and effective for everyone involved. We do this by bringing passion, positivity and professionalism to every project.

We like the opportunity to make a splash in a sector by producing a site that is heads and shoulders above its peers. We work across all sectors but have extensive experience with independent schools having disrupted the market with new and innovative concepts.

Happy clients

From their pitch presentation to months of the site build and launch, they have been true professionals and a pleasure to work with.

Louise O'shea, Communications Director - Elton John Aids Foundation

From the outset, they understood and supported our aims and were thoughtful, supportive, creative and responsive throughout the project.

Jessica Wenban-Smith, Head of Communications - Local Trust

The whole process was well managed and working with the team was a real pleasure. The result was exactly what I was looking for.

Nick Smallman, Founder & CEO – Working Voices

They took real pride in not just creating a website, but developing one that fitted our brief exactly and ultimately exceeded our expectations.

Fiona Robinson, Communications Manager - Eton College

They were properly invested in our organisation’s aims and that paid off with the care, attention and love they put in to re-designing the website.

Ben Miller, Communications Manager – The UK in a Changing Europe

Positive impact

Aside from the positive effect we have on our people and our clients, we’re motivated by the global impact we can make. Firstly we have to account for our footprint, so by 2024 all of the carbon ever released into the atmosphere because of our business activities will have been sequestered. We have planted 60,000+ trees through our partnership with Ecologi and this number will grow as we continue to offset our carbon footprint.

We also recognise that as a profit-making business we are fortunate to be in a position from which we can help those in need. Between 2016-2020 we donated nearly £45,000 to help fight malaria and Neglected Tropical Diseases. We have now established a partnership with a charity called Mary’s Meals whereby we give 2% of all project revenue to provide nutritious school meals to children in some of the poorest parts of the world.
