We’re looking for a positive, proactive and commercially minded Client Success Manager to join our growing team at The Web Kitchen.

We’re an award-winning creative digital agency specialising in branding, website design and development, working with a wide range of clients across sectors including education, professional services, charities and luxury brands.

For us, launching a great website is just the beginning. Our Client Success team builds long-term relationships with clients, helping them get the most from their websites and ensuring they continue to evolve, improve and deliver results.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Loves building relationships and becoming a trusted partner to clients.
  • Has a good understanding of websites, SEO, analytics and digital marketing, and is curious about emerging technologies.
  • Can interpret website performance data and turn it into meaningful recommendations.
  • Is proactive in identifying opportunities to improve websites and help clients achieve their wider business objectives.
  • Is highly organised, a confident communicator and comfortable managing multiple client relationships and priorities.
  • Enjoys collaborating with designers, developers and other specialists to bring ideas to life.

Ideally, you’ll have experience in account management or client success within a digital agency, although we’re equally interested in people with relevant in-house digital marketing experience.
