Oxford High School

Oxford High School is an independent day school for girls in Oxford. Founded in 1875, it has since been educating brilliant, fearless and outspoken young women, like Maggie Smith, Cressida Dick, Emma Bridgewater and Mel Giedroyc.

Our idea was to create a dynamic and animated homepage that would introduce the pioneering women that attended the school, and then showcase the journey that one could take through their time at the school. The new Oxford High school homepage utilises imagery to portray the energy of the current students, which is reinforced by a carousel of alumnae.

TWK has been an amazing agency to work with in the construction of our new website. They are clearly experts in the latest iterations of the various platforms they use and were therefore able to conceive a bold contemporary design at a realistic budget. The interface they created for us in WordPress is also highly impressive – intuitive, clear and responsive. Finally, the working relationship throughout has been a joy, with key personnel such as Lietta and Pete listening to our last-minute panics and always coming up with creative solutions that not only solve the problem, but improve the overall experience of the website.
