Kensington and Chelsea College is a leading further education college with two campuses in west London. With a focus on art and design courses, the college website design needed to reflect the high quality of the teaching and the experience offered at the college.
With around 250 courses on offer with multiple start dates, the site needed to ensure that prospective students can quickly find a course of interest, find out if it was suitable, and apply or enrol online.
The college uses a course management system called Unit-e which acts as the source of the core course data for the site. We therefore built a system that imports the courses on a daily basis, so that the site shows key information such as course title, fees, start dates and the location of delivery.
Marketeers at the college wanted to add to this data but were not able to do so within Unit-e, so they are now able to add extra information such as FAQs and images to the course via the website.Ben Davies, Managing Director, The Web Kitchen
