The ER Council, Britain's oldest economics-based think tank, is dedicated to debate and seek enlightenment on economic issues of all kinds. In respect of quangos, they saw the need to collate meaningful data as the basis for knowledge concerning a substantial area of government of which too little is known. TWK designed and built all aspects of this data research system. It is quoted as a source by a range of National Newspapers.
